SRAGEN  -The third circle of Safari Ramadhan at afternoon prayer was performed in Baitullah mosque, Purwosari village, Brojol district, Miri sub district (3/8). The praying on that day entitled fasing to build a Moslem personality. The Moslem personality which is appropriate with Alquran are person who is virtuous, living as God’s will. The preacher in the event was the Chief of KUA Miri, Drs. H.Nur Wafi Hamdan. 
       Drs. H. Nur wafi Hamdan read Al Baqarah verse 183 in Alquran “Ya ayuhaladzina Amanu, kutiba a’laikummushiyam, kama kutiba a’la ladzina min koblikum la alakum tatakun”, means that the faithful man must fast as Islam law; for the people to be fear of God. This verse can be interpreted that by fasting, the faithful can be fear of God.
       Everyone with any religion instructs to be faithful and fear of God.  It is written in  Al Baqrah verse 2-5, 177. In Al Baqarah verse 2-5, the characteristics of fear of God are believing to praying power, performing prayer routinely, offering part of our prosperity to God, trusting in one who is sent down by God (Muhammad saw), believing about the hereafter.

        Besides, referring to Al Baqarah verse 177, states that characteristics of fear of God are trusting in God, believing about the hereafter and  angels,  trusting in holy bible, and  prophets, giving past of our prosperity to our relatives, orphans, poor people, traveler, beggar, releasing from bondage, praying, giving tithe, fulfilling vow if our prayer is granted, be patient in torment, affliction, and war.    (sent by dyn, translated by dyah__humas)
