    The Regional Civil Servant Prospective received the Sragen Regent’s Guidelines


     
           SRAGEN  – The hundreds of Regional Civil servants prospective of Sragen Regency of formation 2009 gathered in KNPI building (26/09). They were gathered in the place to get a guidelines about training and education program for government and military personnel . The briefing was attended by Sragen Regent, Agus Fatchur Rahman, SH., MH;, the Chief of Regional Occupational Department, Drs. Budiyono, MM and the tens of the Chief of government departments in Sragen local government circle.

           The briefing aimed at giving explanation to the civil servants prospective who have been officially registered as civil servant but  not performed yet the training and education program for government and military personnel. It is caused by the regional budget in Sragen regency do not fulfilled the demand.   
           Yet, in his report, the Chief of Regional Occupation Department, Drs. Budiyono, MM explained the regulation stating that civil servant prospective maximally has two years becoming civil servant. Yet, if one of the conditions to be appointed as the civil servant, is performing training and education program for government and military personnel have not been performed yet and not caused by the related civil servant prospective, then allowed to be processed becoming the civil servant .

           Furthermore, the recruitment of civil servant prospective  formation 2009 is divided into two parts, namely general way and ex-honorary then appointed as the civil servant. From the general alternative, as many as 273 people from group III and 304 people from group II. Meanwhile, from the honorary group is 103 people consisting of 10 people from group III and 93 people from group II.

           All of the civil servants prospective cannot perform training and education program for government and military personnel in the end of this year because of the budget problem. The Chief of Regional Occupation Department, Drs. Budiyono, MM insures that the civil servant prospective will be appointed as the civil servant although has passed the prevailed period limit, is two years.

           In his opening speech, the Regent asked the civil servants prospective to comprehend the financial condition in the Sragen local government. Thus, the civil servants prospective cannot perform the training and education program for government and military personnel  this year. Therefore, the Regent said that the party just budgeted training and education program for government and military personnel for civil servant prospective from honorary one. As the schedule,  it will give a priority for the civil servant prospective from ex-honorary one, because they are regarded as the officers who have served longer than the civil servant from general test alternative.  Meanwhile, the civil servant prospective from the general test way   will be budgeted from the regional budget in 2012.( sent by dyn, translated by dyah__humas)
